1. Overview

At Tasnim Fashion, customer satisfaction is our priority.
This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds processed.

This policy is prepared in compliance with the applicable consumer protection laws of Bangladesh.


2. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is damaged or defective

  • The product size is incorrect (if size exchange is available)

  • The item delivered does not match the description

Return Request Time Limit:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

Requests made after 3 days may not be accepted.


3. Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • The product must be unwashed

  • All original tags must be intact

  • Original packaging must be preserved

  • Invoice or order confirmation must be provided

Tasnim Fashion reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted / clearance sale items

  • Innerwear or hygiene-related products

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Products damaged by customer misuse


5. Exchange Policy

If eligible, customers may request:

  • Size exchange

  • Product replacement

Exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the desired item is not available, refund options will be provided.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

a) Prepaid Orders

Refund will be issued via:

  • bKash

  • Nagad

  • Bank Transfer

  • Original payment method

Refund processing time: 5–10 working days

b) Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refund will be processed via:

  • Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad)

  • Bank Transfer

Cash refunds are not provided in physical form.


7. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size change, etc.), customer may bear the delivery cost.


8. Refund Rejection

Refund may be refused if:

  • The product shows signs of use

  • The product is damaged by the customer

  • The return request exceeds the allowed timeframe

  • Required proof is not provided


9. Inspection Process

All returned products go through a quality inspection process before approval of exchange or refund.

Approval is at the sole discretion of Tasnim Fashion in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.


10. Cancellation Before Delivery

Customers may cancel an order before shipment confirmation.

Once shipped, the order will be treated under the return process.

12. Legal Notice

Tasnim Fashion operates in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 of Bangladesh.

Fraudulent return claims may result in refusal of service and potential legal action.
